Inspiring & Equipping Communities to Thrive

Transforming Lives Together aims to see people and communities living in the Diocese of Chester flourish and enjoy life in all its fullness; and provide them with the leadership to support and engage them in social and spiritual transformation of themselves, their churches and their communities. As a ‘faith in action’ charity Transforming Lives Together works to stimulate and support church social action, encouraging churches to engage with their communities in a meaningful and relational way, focusing particularly on combatting social isolation and loneliness and tackling poverty and inequality in all its forms.
