Could you be a Trustee for Transforming Lives Together?

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in an engaging, decision making role in a charity that works across 11 Local Authorities! We are an independent charity working in partnership with Chester Diocese and Chester Cathedral. We are also part of the Church Urban Fund Together Network.

We look for ways to tackle poverty, loneliness, and social inequality. We support churches to run projects including Places of Welcome, Filling the Gap and Mental First Aid Training and provide other support with church community engagement.

What will I do as a Trustee? Trustees oversee the overall management and administration of the charity. They also ensure that Transforming Lives Together has a clear strategy and that our work and goals are in line with our vision. They support and encourage our staff in their work and enable TLT to grow and thrive. Trustees attend about 6 meetings a year and may be involved in any aspect of our work. Skills in fundraising, marketing, PR and training would be particularly helpful to TLT.
