Wendy Robertson stepping down from TLT
After 10 years of dedicated and tireless work and passion for TLT, Wendy has announced that she will be leaving her role as Community Missioner with TLT on the 12th March. Wendy will be sorely missed by all of us at TLT as well as so many churches in Chester Diocese, of several denominations, that she has worked alongside, encouraged and supported. TLT Chairman Rev. Andrew Knight says “Wendy has been pivotal to all we have achieved at TLT over the years, and such a delight to work with. Wendy leaves us at a time when we as a charity are more active than we have ever been, as together we tackle poverty in all its forms and continue to see lives transformed. Thus TLT, partnering with Chester Cathedral, are in the process of appointing a new Community Missioner to Wendy’s role, such that our work will continue and grow. We are all incredibly grateful for all Wendy has brought to TLT over the years and the legacy she leaves.” Wendy says “I have absolutely loved working for TLT, it has been a pleasure connecting with so many churches over the years and being able to support them to bring hope and light into their local communities. We have built good relationships with other partners too and I know that with the exceptional board of trustees and my colleague Ruth, the organisation will continue to go from strength to strength.”
